End of November

I can hardly believe it is nearly the end of November!
The garden is still a mess, it needs so much attention, but it is also so wet.   At the moment its almost impossible to get out into the garden and I just keep looking at it through the window :-)
So much cutting back is required, I am itching to pick up those secateurs!
But there again, there are many attractive seed heads that can be left!

We have had a couple of frosts already but no snow here - yet :-)

The blackbirds are back, along with blue tits and sparrows, the bird feeders are full and bird bath defrosted.
Have a good weekend everyone :-)

Just as I started to read this blog post I noticed the first few snow flakes fluttering down, but the pics comprising your header remind us of the glory that will start emerging again in a few weeks, that should keep us going. By the way, Russell & Sandra send their love!

What a beautiful photo! In Atlanta I'm going to spend the weekend cutting back and clearing some leaves for the final autumn cleanup, as well! I'm already to see the leucojem and other messengers of spring!

I am glad to hear I am not the only gardener who has some cleanup to accomplish yet. Must be denial for me, I keep thinking it can't be this late in the season. I love your photo, so pretty!

Snow at the end of November does that mean a white Christmas. Do hope you have a mild winter, here way down south we had a very bitter and long winter and it ran into spring so much so the garden suffered. looking forward to mild days and yes tiding up the garden
